Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help! Please read our return policy carefully to ensure smooth processing of any returns.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Items can be returned within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. After 10 business days, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please ensure the item is in a resalable condition when returning.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Customized or personalized garments.

  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons).

  • Defective or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to return goods that are defective or do not comply with what was advertised. If your product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 10 business days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
